Bokis World Championship 2010 Diary #3
Hello!
This time Im writing from Ljubljana. Im here working out with Jaka Lakovic and Goran Jagodnik. The rest of the team was in China for the last week. They participated in Borislav Stankovic Tournament, which they won! Congrats guys! They came back today and tomorrow well continue the preparation together.
While they were in China, Goran, Jaka and myself spent a lot of time in the gym. We made one part of practices in Koper, the rest in Ljubljana. We worked a lot on our ball handling, shooting, strength and conditioning. We only had 1 day off. We all cant wait to join the team again! Its much more fun to work with a team than individualy.
We also did some photo shoots and video commercials for our sponsors. That stuff is always fun, but it can get you very tired. Our schedule was really full.
After we join the team, we will fly to Vitoria, Spain. Well play tough games vs Lithuania and Spain. Those friendly games help us see the things we do good, or the things that dont work. I hope that well continue to get better as a team game after game.
Next Tuesday we will all be part of a huge event in Ljubljana. We will play a game vs Spain in front of sold out new arena Stozice. Its going to be nuts! Tickets are already sold out. I needed 30 tickets myself but its still not enough...I need more!
