Preparations for the project Life is Basketball have begun last year at the Basketball Camp, when we had a visit by Work Custody Center from Koper and Kranj. After the exhibition game we had a meeting where we discussed about the strategy and vision of the project. Our goal is to carry out a gym lesson (basketball skills) with pupils and clients of WCC together. The meaning of the project Life is Basketball:- to achieve a higher level of quality of life and integration into modern society
- the development of solidarity, tolerance and overcoming the ideological and disciplinary limitations and prejudices
Today, we held a last meeting in Ljubljana where we concluded the project presentation to the working group of physical teachers and pupils. We also defined the terms of gym lesson. The first lesson should be at the end of month. We hope for the best
